HallaHelps is a shared inbox and help desk for small businesses that answer customer email. Connect the address your customers already write to, like support@ or info@, and every message lands in one inbox your whole team can see. Assign conversations, set a status, leave internal notes, and see who is already replying, so nothing gets missed or answered twice. Replies still go out from your own email address. Every plan includes saved replies, tags, rules that auto-assign and sort mail, customer history, satisfaction ratings, reports, a public help center, and a help widget for your website. Slack and Microsoft Teams alerts and a Stripe connection show billing details right in the conversation. Teams moving from Help Scout, Zendesk or Freshdesk can import their past conversations. The optional Pro add-on adds translation in 33 languages, AI rewriting, advanced reports, webhooks, Zapier and Make, and a help center on your own domain. Pricing is flat by plan, not per agent: Starter is $39 a month for up to 3 people, and Pro is one price for all seats.
