**What do you like best about Haier HR?**

I find Haier HR incredibly easy to set up and use, making the whole process seamless. The in-depth analysis of candidates' profiles and CVs is amazing, providing clear insights into skills and experience in seconds. It simplifies job applications and generates job specs almost perfectly with AI. I love how it makes the recruitment process and interviews very clear and efficient. The platform’s clear communication and thoroughness substantially ease the jobs of hiring managers, employers, and freelancers. The AI recruitment tool is definitely a standout feature for me.

**What do you dislike about Haier HR?**

I find the current process of getting the link to invite candidates to interviews could be more streamlined and focused on compliance. There should be more emphasis on 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) processes, ensuring proper checks on candidate and client identity and data.

**What problems is Haier HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Haier HR provides in-depth candidate analysis quickly, simplifying profile evaluation, and efficiently generating job descriptions. It streamlines recruitment processes, enhances clear communication, and supports AI-based interviews, making hiring easier for managers and companies.

**What do you like best about Haier HR?**

I liked the way that everything is within the same software and that I'm able to generate a job description, add candidates with resumes and the software will review, evaluate and score each candidate to let you know what will be the best fit for the role. With the help of AI it is easier to review after the resumes since you already know what you're looking for!

**What do you dislike about Haier HR?**

When sending an invitation to interview to a candidate, It was hard for me to find the website to log in in the meeting.

**What problems is Haier HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analysis of candidates resume. Faster to screen candidates this way and focus on the best ones.

**What do you like best about Haier HR?**

We used Haier HR on several open positions where many incoming applications were sent in and by using Haier HR's solution we quickly found that it could very quickly go through all the CV:s, select the best matches as well as screening/interviewing and selecting the best possible shortlist for each position. This was a great way to focus on other value-adding tasks and reduce the time to hire considerably than if our recruiters had to do the entire work themselves.

**What do you dislike about Haier HR?**

Nothing really, it was very easy to use and the support team were always there to help out if we had any questions.

Reducing time to hire without compromising the quality of candidates.
