I find the current process of getting the link to invite candidates to interviews could be more streamlined and focused on compliance. I liked the way that everything is within the same software and that I'm able to generate a job description, add candidates with resumes and the software will review, evaluate and score each candidate to let you know what will be the best fit for the role.
