They provide great insights into how we are using the platform and come ready with ideas on how to improve and get the best out of the platform and our package with them. What I really appreciate is, our account manager never assumes if she's unsure, but will make a note to check with the correct team and actually comes back to us without the need to ever chase. I look forward to my regular catchups with our account manager, she ever drops the ball and is great at following up and helping us keep on top of what we need to do. Every interaction I've had with a Hackerank staff member over the last few years has been really positive.
