I’m using these tests as part of the screening process for selecting applicants for a bootcamp. **What do you dislike about HackerRank for Developers?** I don’t like that it isn’t clear how to create tests for applicants, and I also don’t like that there’s no reminder I can send to applicants. Plus, all the tests are technical; I would prefer having soft skills and English-level tests instead of needing to use different tools just to stick to one tool. I also didn’t find it easy to navigate the first time I used it. It set me up as a student by default without asking whether I’m a company, even though I’m using the platform to test and screen bootcamp applicants. Often times, the problems they ask you to solve have nothing to do with the actual work, but are "homework problems" (my term).
