I have been using HackerRank since 2019 when I was with Expedia from last 6 years. And use it daily in my current role. It has proven to be a great platform for assessing coding skills and conducting effective screening during our hiring process. The best thing is you can see time spent on each question, it flags any activity like copy paste, off screen time etc which is really helpful to evaluate candidates fairly.
