**What do you like best about Hackerly?**

Hackerly's concept is fantastic. Getting accurate buyer feedback especially through a win-loss analysis is extremely useful for identifying issues with your sales process. It was purported to offer a better appreciation of customers’ needs and behaviors for messaging and higher win ratios.

**What do you dislike about Hackerly?**

Hackerly lacks utility in this regard and fails to provide relevant information. It records information, the produced reports are flooded with basic information. There are no dividers or charts that would enable me to quickly spot major trends or areas that require attention.

**What problems is Hackerly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The gap in analyzing the inefficiencies of the sales funnel. This makes it easier for organizations to define the root cause of lost deals and ensure that they enhance sales techniques to increase sales conversion rates.
