They've made the match-making process fun and the user experience makes you want to come back for more. The notifications aren't 'in your face' and allows you to focus on your job, whilst also alerting you to high-profile candidates at the right time. The support from the team as well, especially Natalia has been exceptional. I have complete faith in her and would recommend her to anyone and everyone! **What do you dislike about hackajob?** Sometimes when you reject a candidate, you have to input a reason in 'other' if one of the boxes doesn't come up. Sometimes, when you have 100's of applications to go through (not via hackajob, but in general) it can be quite time consuming, as the candidate won't see this rejection anyway, so it's not like it's giving them a bad experience.
