I like the 3D view to sense check. The overlay integration feature is handy for when you have architects plans. This software has saved a project from a poor first fix and potential install nightmare. We were brought into a project halfway through after a certain manufacturers "approved external design firm" spec'd pipework incorrectly. **What do you dislike about h2x?** It's not something I can do on site like competing software but mainly due to this being so in depth in comparison. I have been using competitors software on site for data collection and placements then transferring over to this if necessary. I don't use magic plan and neither do my surveyors, this adds cost to their job. I would prefer more preset ASHP and cylinder details like other software I have previously used but I understand this is used for many differing technologies. **What problems is h2x solving and how is that benefiting you?** I covered a good example of this in the first question. Being able to model pipework performance against manufacturers nominal flow rates has weeded out a problem in a very large and expensive barn conversion. it is also enabling me to produce comprehensive high temp heat pump designs. ### 2. Because it’s web-based, it’s fast and easy to work with. The software feels modern, and the support team is incredibly responsive, with the option to speak directly with the team or use an AI chatbot. **What do you dislike about h2x?** I haven’t run into any downsides so far, and I’m very happy using this software. **What problems is h2x solving and how is that benefiting you?** It removes discrepancies between the calculations and the drawings, as both come from the same model. Full calculation reports can be printed and downloaded, which is useful when producing equipment schedules and helps automate our design process. ### 3. The software isn’t overly fussy about extreme precision, and that flexibility saves me time. **What do you dislike about h2x?** Still needs a few bits polished and a few UI changes to make it easer for navigation but these are in the development pipeline. **What problems is h2x solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven’t had many issues with H2x, and even when we did, the team were on chat and ready to help us through it. They were brilliant, and using our own project as an example, they showed us better ways to go about resolving the issue ### 4. The step-by-step videos cover everything you’ll need to know for any design. **What do you dislike about h2x?** There isn’t much to dislike. The after-sales service and customer support are outstanding, and they’re always just a few clicks away whenever I need help. no complaints after 2 years and 300 projects **What problems is h2x solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps keep pipework quotes very accurate by providing pipe lengths and all the information needed from a design. That means I can produce a solid quote for the client within moments of using the software. the performance of the software is great, pricing is spot on bill of materials as it lets you add your own prices and discounts.. and the integration of AutoCAD and Revit just make the job easy ### 5. Additionally, H2x provide users with wish opportunities for user contribution via there wish list. All contributions are considered and if popular further developed. ### 6.
