Their excellent customer service team that includes a quarterly Customer Council meeting. Easy to use and navigate for both the Admin team and our employees Their support and training through the implemetation process which was done on time. Integration with 3rd party training providers which allowed us to increase the training offering to our employees. Ease at which we can onboard new employees and take them through the Induction process. The simply dashboard design and the ability to create and track tasks. The customer support is outstanding and responsive to questions and issues. GyrusAim is a solution that shows that it has been improved taking into account issues that add value and are useful for both the trainer and the end customer.
