**What do you like best about ABC GymSales?**

I love the automation process that GymSales offers. It is easy to set up automations to reach your customers and prospects.

**What do you dislike about ABC GymSales?**

At this point in time, I have been a GymSales customer for over 3 years and I have not found anything that I dislike strongly.

**Recommendations to others considering ABC GymSales:**

I highly encourage you to look at the capabilities and visual presence of your current CRM and then compare to GymSales. GS has a beautiful visual presentation and it is an easy to use/follow platform for staff at any level. Their customer service is great from their executive team all the way through their customer support care.

**What problems is ABC GymSales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our lead capture follow up has increased since using GymSales. We receive an alert instantly when a prospecting customer shows interest in our business. Our membership sales have increased drastically since switching to the GS platform.

**What do you like best about ABC GymSales?**

GymSales is very user friendly. It’s easy to navigate and integrates well with other programs. I feel I was given a lot of support and training to before we went live which helped with the success.

**What do you dislike about ABC GymSales?**

The designations set up for prospects and members can be confusing and doesn’t always load correctly when info is imported from another system.

**What problems is ABC GymSales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team is easily able to add notes in to profiles. This allows anyone to have the same information on a prospect or member.
