What do you like best about Guusto?

I enjoy Guusto for employee recognition because it's so easy to give a Guusto gift card instead of searching for things for employees. There are a lot of options to choose from, and it's not limited to one or two stores, which I find really convenient. I love that there are plenty of online stores where you can grab a gift card and use it online instead of having to go to the store. A reward that's simple to understand and flexible enough to use across over 100 retailers — that's the experience we aim for every time. The split redemption flow is designed with a few extra steps to make sure each portion is allocated correctly, so it may take a moment to get used to the first time around. What do you like best about Guusto?

I love being able to reward my coworkers. Guusto Cards always bring out a smile in people, I love this feature of my job. Navigating the interface is quite easy and straight forward. It handles requests quickly and efficiently and we utilize it often. I haven't had any issues but if I had, I'm sure I would have the support I needed from Guusto. What do you like best about Guusto?

Exceptional customer experience—they solved my issue quickly and politely. I highly recommend Guusto. The quality of the products has exceeded my expectations. Congrats on being last month's peak performer! :D We're thrilled the flexibility and tax benefits are resonating with you.

On the $8 fee - we want to clarify that this is actually charged by Mastercard directly for the physical card delivery, not by Guusto. It covers the cost of producing and shipping the card to you. We understand it feels steep, but it's outside our control. The Virtual gift card options don't have this fee if that's an option for you! :)

What do you like best about Guusto?

The ease of use of the platform, the ability to create teams and preload your crew so you can easily select an employee to send appreciation in form of a gift.

So far so good - there was a bit of time I had to wait to secure my account and use of a credit card vs loading in funds with a cheque or transfer, but overall Guusto has been a positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
