What do you like best about Guusto?

I love that I can use it at so many different merchants, and that it’s easy to access right from my email. I also really appreciate that my company uses Gussto for certain perks, and that I can use the gift cards anytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

Sometimes it takes a while for the barcode to load so I can show it to the cashier, which can be a bit annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What a great use case — a photo contest powered by Guusto! 😊 Really glad the flexibility of the reward kept people engaged and happy.

On the barcode — good tip to open it a moment before checkout to skip any delay. We're also continuously working on performance improvements on that front!

What do you like best about Guusto?

Guusto was quick, simple and intuitive to use, connecting well with my gmail for 2FA login. I appreciated its a ability to handle giftcard transactions through it quickly with no delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

There are very few downsides, the only one I might thing of is I wish there were some more stores I could use a giftcard on, like more grocery stores or amazon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the email which the recipient receives goes into Junk/Spam. Also, when sending a Guusto gift via text message, the message the recipient receives could come across as Spam and many people may not click on the link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the spam point, a great workaround is to give recipients a quick heads up before sending — letting them know to watch for an email or text from Guusto means nothing gets missed. :)

One drawback of Guusto is that it can feel a bit limited once you’re familiar with the platform. While it’s great for quick recognition, there isn’t much room for customization or flexibility in how rewards or messages are structured. What do you like best about Guusto?

I like about the guusto app is that you’re able to send gift cards to staff and they get to select what gift card they want and different price ranges that they would like it to be in for example if someone wants to do $10 at Starbucks and $10 on Amazon, they’re able to do so or they can do the whole gift card amount at one place, but it allows for a variety of different places that might benefit a variety of different lives Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for this — you nailed exactly what we were going for! :) The ability to split a gift across multiple brands (or go all-in on one) is one of our favourite features, and it's great to hear it's giving your staff the freedom to choose something that actually fits their life.

On the two-factor authentication — totally understand the friction, but it's there to protect your staff's gifts and accounts from being accessed by anyone else. The good news: if they check "Do not challenge me on this device" when logging in, they won't be prompted for 2FA again on that device going forward! :)

What do you like best about Guusto?

Guusto is easy to use. My work gives us gift cards for Christmas and sometimes for other reasons and I just put the app on my phone and don't have to decide what to spend it on beforehand...I can load the amount and choose when I shop. What do you dislike about Guusto?

What do you like best about Guusto?

Guusto is very easy to use, and it gave me the flexibility to choose the gift card that was best for me. The real-time points-to-dollars conversion was also very helpful. Overall, it was quick and easy to redeem my points and turn them into cash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding Amazon, it is part of a separate merchant program that organizations can choose to apply for in order to make it available as a redemption option. You can always follow up with your company program admin regarding this question! :)
