What do you like best about Guusto?

The ease of use of the platform, the ability to create teams and preload your crew so you can easily select an employee to send appreciation in form of a gift.

Also, the report function and tracking have both come in very handy and are something I use regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

So far so good - there was a bit of time I had to wait to secure my account and use of a credit card vs loading in funds with a cheque or transfer, but overall Guusto has been a positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For additional merchants - feel free to share your suggestions at info@guusto.com. As for min/max limits, each merchant determines their own gift card values and restrictions. These are established by the retailers themselves, so they vary by store.

What do you like best about Guusto?

My organization is using this product, and I find it to be a great idea: a well-designed, user-friendly piece of software that I’d also use for my personal needs. What I dislike about Guusto is the limited international redemption options, which can be restrictive for global teams. Also, the lack of a mobile app reduces on-the-go accessibility. The reporting features could use more customization, and bulk sending can feel a bit cumbersome. Regarding your suggestions: we currently offer a wide selection of merchants, which you can explore on our website via the dropdown menu here: https://guusto.com/merchants-list. We continue to expand this list to better support global teams.

For mobile access, Guusto does have a mobile app available to most users. The main exception is when a company’s program is set up through SSO, in which case mobile access may be restricted by the organization’s configuration.

We also really appreciate your feedback around bulk sending, reporting flexibility, and integrations. If you’re open to sharing more details on what would make bulk uploads easier or reports more customizable, feel free to reach out to us at info@guusto.com. What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous employee reward/recognition program accumulated points that the employee could only redeem for products that the program offered. The selection was not great and many employees sat on large amounts of unredeemed points because there was nothing they wanted from the selection the program had available. With Guusto the employee has a much wider range of vendors and therefore products to choose from, and even if their reward was not enough to outright purchase an item from one of those vendors, they can partially subsidize the purchase if they so choose with their Guusto redemption. "Makes it easy for busy Managers to recognize employees and partners"

What do you like best about Guusto?

Really like how easy and efficient the system is to use. I can easily send multiple gifts at once, while still being able to personalize each message. The dashboard is great, and I like that I can scroll through other people's notes of recognition to help me stay informed about what's going on in the office and who are champions are in each business unit. What do you dislike about Guusto?

Ok, this is a small thing and maybe specific to my firm, but I really wish this was available via SSO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

It completely eliminates the need for me to go buy a gift card and then submit an expense report. My budget is automatically allocated to the system each month and the system keeps track of what I've used/remaining.

I've actually noticed that more Leaders are inclined to proactively send out recognition messages or gifts because the tool is so handy. Anything that makes it easier for Leaders to recognize their employees or business partners is a great tool in my book! Recognition is often missed, but so important.
