What do you like best about Guusto?

The variety in gift cards is the best feature, but also the ease of access and navigation when browsing. After receiving a gift from my company, I absolutely find myself coming back to the site often to peruse and select the appropriate redemption. I probably come back once every two months after a reward. As a user, I don't find myself needing to contact customer support as I don't run into any issues. I am certain that if I do have an issue that needs fixing, I can contact customer support and be treated with graceful service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guusto?

I don't particularly like the layout of the "Used Gifts" section. It's well and fine, but there could be columns of combined gifts adjacent to the used gifts. Other than that, nothing else comes to mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the issue of complex reward systems as well as limitations of reward options, since Guusto has so much variety in choosing a gift option. What do you like best about Guusto?

Guusto is super easy to redeem gifts on, and connects to 100s of retailers to "spend" my rewards on! My employer sends little gifts here and there to say thank you for project work and for things like work anniversaries and birthdays, and Guusto is super easy to use to redeem those rewards. What do you dislike about Guusto?

The only downside - and I hesitate to even call it that - is that Guusto doesn't know when I use a card, so I do have to come back into the platform and mark it as used. I assume that's actually just information that the retailers aren't passing back to the platform though, so not their fault.

What do you like best about Guusto?

I love the Variety of retailers,easy sign up and use of portal. The site is easy to navigate and redemtion is stuctrutions are made simple. The app for gusto has the same ease of use. What do you dislike about Guusto?

I have heard some co-workers wish there was transperancy when it comes to how the gustos are given out to employees and being able to see whose getting them. The concern was really fairness and making sure theres no favortism. So maybe a feature like venmo where it shows blank gave blank gusto bucks for "...." but then no amount is shown. What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its a great way for employers to let the employee know that they see you. Working in a big company its easy to get overlooked or you're being seen for the work you're doing but the employer does'nt have a discret way to say thank you. This is a win for everyone its a little more than just a thank you. Not knowing its comeing and seeing the personal note of why makes it special. What do you like best about Guusto?

Guusto Gift Cards are Practical & Make Me Feel Recognized.

I am someone motivated by achievement in my goals, putting in extra effort where i can to surpass expectations. BrokerLink has been using these gift cards to recognize and reward my contributions since before I started 2 years ago, and I really love them. there is an excellent ease of use, and plenty of selection for vendors. As an employee gaining recognition from the program, these gift cards are perfect and I love earning them.

As a broker advertising these cards as incentive, they are a fantastic way to add value to a customer conversation when I have already been able to deliver good service and they help drive the point home that ours is the only brokerage they want to work with. What do you like best about Guusto?

My work uses Gusto and I find that it is an amazing app for alot of reasons. It is super user friendly which makes recieiving gift cars easy to navigate. I have also had to contact customer support an they were super responsive and supportive. There is very user friendlt time tracking tools and employee benefits. What do you dislike about Guusto?

An Issue that I find with Gusto is that when you are reddeming a gift card you have to log into the website and then into the app. I also find that the expiry of the gift card can be frusterating. What do you like best about Guusto?

Guusto is so flexible with the amount of options it gives for merchants, it really allows for individuals from a diverse array of backgrounds to really get something they love with their Guusto dollars. Also, the entire process of obtaining the gift card code and utilizing it online is very easy and seamless regardless of your technological savvyness. They really make doing employee rewards and recognitions really easy and fun! Whether you're choosing to give out a Guusto on behalf of your organization or even personally to recognize someone, they mke it very easy to understand and go through the process. What do you like best about Guusto?

Since the implementation of Guusto, many of our local leaders have been able to easily and consistently provide positive recognition to all our users. It takes just a few minutes to make a post and share it with that person and their leaders if not one of your own. After visiting many different accounts with in our company, I heard over and over again that employees felt sometimes that their leaders didn't like them or appreciate their work. When I would talk to the leader they bosted about that same employee being a great employee, but never actually told them that themselves. The leaders didn't know the best way to consistently recognize their employees and now with Guusto they know exactly where and how to show their appreciation. What do you like best about Guusto?

It has a very simple platform with clear guidelines. It's very easy to use and it feels intuitive. The variety of merchant offered is very good for our company; we have employees all over Canada and USA. It solves the issue with peer recognition. I mean, within the company and between the employees of the plant, we do share the "good moves" and "well done" moments, but it stays there. The people in Victoria doesn't know that Jimmy from Calgary went all out and it ended up in closing a huge sale. The peer-to-peer recognition program that Guusto offers allows for everyone in the company to recognise the efforts of anyone from anywhere within the company. Guusto is ridiculously intuitive and easy to work with, making sending and managing rewards as easy as pie. The simplicity of use makes it fit either once or often. I also love how it provides a flexibility choice of gifts for recipients, allowing them to choose what is best for them. While it has been pretty smooth, I did have one little snag. But having contacted their support through live chat, they were efficient, professional, and very much helpful in getting the problem solved. employee receiving the reward through Guusto, it is almost a personal thing since the platform is very flexible in case the recipients want a gift that may have true meaning to them. It does not include impersonal rewards tussles and offers appreciation which can be both tangible and meaningful.

The system feels cumbersome, with having to send an e-transfer, then an email to the accounting department. Streamlining this aspect would greatly enhance the overall experience.
