Every gift card received stays in one place, no matter how many years have passed. This is a huge deal for people like me who tend to forget to redeem the gift cards, and then they get lost in older emails. Another great feature of using this platform is that you can redeem the gift card for various retail stores, restaurants, brands, etc. Basically, you can use Guusto gift cards at almost everywhere. **What do you dislike about Guusto?** The only limitation that I think can be improved is the Currency change. The US Dollar gift cards can only be redeemed for US Brands and stores, which is a little disappointing if someone is not in the US and receives a US Dollar gift card. **What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem with gift cards is that they can only be used at brands for which the gift card was purchased. My only suggestion for future is to figure out how to transfer funds from US$ to CAN$. We have team members in both countries, and when I have to send a gift up to Canada, I have to ask another manager up there to issue the gift.
