Maintenance scheduling software for heavy industry. It runs on top of the existing ERP, such as SAP PM. Most scheduling starts with a workorder and asks when it can be done. This starts one step earlier: which work deserves the available capacity, and why. Priority, due date, criticality, breakdown history, execution history and engineer recommendations are brought together in one ranked queue. The site chooses the indicators and how much each one counts. The scheduler makes the decision. Work can be planned workorder-first, by picking one of the first available slots for an important workorder, or capacity-first, by finding work that fits free capacity on a given day. Capacity is shown per technician, discipline and crew, including leave, sickness and time assigned to projects. When important work does not fit, the shortfall is visible. Workorders that are not yet Ready to Schedule stay in view, so the scheduler can follow up with the planner. A Gantt view shows each workorder's operations in sequence. A board shows the work per day and per planner, and job tickets can be printed. A separate view plans scaffolding. A daily view records each job as done or not executed, with a reason. Jobs that did not run go back to planning.
