I have been looking for a course creator /digital products/community platform and tried Kajabi, Teachable, Groove apps and finally Gurucan that have it all! I have three projects and all of them will be having one Gurucan account. They also listen to the suggestion of the customer and have a fast approach to answer any question! I didn't like that as a student point of view can not access to different courses from different creator as Kajabi does from the mobile app, instead to change user and password is the have more than one course from different course creator. I sent an email and very fast the answer to me saying they will add it the roadmap to add one account for the student so they can access to different courses they bought from different creators! I just love the simplicity of everything both in the backend but also on the front end for the users. Pretty much anyone without any prior knowledge could go and set up a "school".

The phone app is not the best but as I understood that's a work in progress. There in-house video stream can't handle as of now big files so well. But given the fact that we migrated from Vimeo this is not a big issue since they have a pretty good way to embed almost any video streaming site Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've always offered live training as additional support for our online course. With our current software, we publish our live training schedule separately and manage all the links outside our course software. Oh, what a headache. With Gurucan, we can publish, host and automate webinars, so all their training is in one place. Now, we can publish the webinar training schedule in advance. I'm a piano teacher. During COVID lockdown we were all forced to move to teaching online.

Whilst COVID has been a disaster for so many, it has shown us the potential for teaching online.

I had already invested in another online teaching solution, but it has proven too expensive for me, too hard to setup and modify, and with a raft of limits and conditions. It also requires that I do email and billing integration on other platforms, which is unsatisfactory.

Gurucan is a blessing here.

On the education front, they have: challenges; pre-designed content templates; courses; on-demand content; webinars and so much more.

On the management side, it's really a fully equipped teaching admin toolbox, with: email broadcasting; built-in CRM; upsell management; martketing; payments; push notifications; articles - all built-in to the system.

I also like the CNAME allows my own URL branding.

But none of this is useful if it takes too long to setup, or it's difficult for students.

Gurucan is the easiest of the platforms that I've used, and the ability to use a mobile app is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are still some bugs, and some of the icons etc are dated (some are just ugly) so I hope the UI gets an update soon.

I just started using Gurucan. I'm amazed with how much you can do with it. I used another LMS before but not so friendly to use and very expensive to access all features. Gurucan has more flexibility, it's easier to use and with all the feature it has you can even build the entire sales funnel for your courses with it. Love it! I think the adding content interface could use a little work. I'm not sure how you can customize it and it's not a visually focused builder you just add things on, which is fine it works but the design could be a bit better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That you can have your own APP! This is an amazing feature. On top of that is the automation emails, this is going to be a huge asset for me in setting up my funnel. - Customer support is very responsive.

- Can easily be integrated with other platforms using Webhooks and API's. For example you can create a custom landingpage in Wordpress and after payment add the user to the course in Gurucan.

- UI on mobile view is confusing. Courses are not visible, you need to scroll to the right to see them. The good news is that customer support confirmed that UI changes are planned, so I'm confident this will be fixed.

- Payment options are limited to Stripe creditcard and PayPal. It would be nice if the other payment options of Stripe were available, for example iDEAL.
