I like and use the product. I like that the product has all the bells and whistles with very little tech knowledge required. Also from start to course created is extremely fast - which is what we all want right....not to spend all day in the tech. Branding and whitelabeling is great (on the web only). THis is a clean tool and looks awesome. UX does not look like you tried to go to a cheap alternative to teachable or some of the other more known competitors in the space. I do not like that you cannot fully whitelabel this product. Very good job giving us control in the front end, but to what point if you are not going to give us a whitelabeled mobile experience to offer our customers. That kind of defeats the purpose of whitelabeling in the first place, so hopefully the creators will have two options 1.) new ways of having web app become an app that offers are using - yes not in app store but customers can make it into a icon on their mobile devices, 2.) then you could potentially offer app at cost. I love the CRM area, the chat is perfect to have the community in one place without using phone apps. The homework platform it is great to review my clients progress.

I am a little confused about how to handle the different products they present. The help center is useful, but I would like to see more training videos about how to use the platform. It is a training platform, use it to train your clients.

I am not able to use HTML on the phone app, it does not make sense to allow using HTLM on the web interface, but not at the phone interface. This is a big problem for me, I am not able to insert the training videos from my hosting, I am forced to use Vimeo or Wistia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is very straight forward and setting up courses/classes is very intuitive. Managing chats with students and homework is also very easy to track and stay on top of. Adding new courses is easy and sales go directly to your Stripe or PayPal so you're not waiting on payment like you do with other platforms.

Gurucan also provides Integrations such as Zapier, Kajabi and ClickFunnels which can help you do more. I mean, Zapier integration alone opens up 1000s of possibilities and additional integrations which is a very nice feature.

The ability to get a custom app for iOS and Android where it's your name, your brand that is searched for and downloaded is also a HUGE benefit. You aren't telling your users to go to some other company site and find you, they're coming straight to you and seeing your name and image right in their phone. The landing page builder and email builder could be better. It's easy to use but since I'm used to creating pages in WordPress and ClickFunnels, while doing emails in MailChimp or GetResponse, I do miss having a more robust UI for making those things.

I love the ability to customize the platform with our colors and to insert our logo. There are many possibilities that I haven't explored yet, but all the ones I've used work very well! The translation into French is still a bit shaky, but I think it will improve quickly. I would love to see more design and editing options to build and design your content and landing pages as you wish. Gurucan is one of the best platforms I've come across. It has a beautiful UI, and all the features you need to make your job easy. It's really one of a kind - I can't think of any other software with so many features at such a reasonable price. They hav solutions for current and future needs of curricula. My favourite feature is the mobile app, which means the trainings and challenges I take my clients through are easy to consume on the go. The features I use already are: courses, challenges, articles and chat, and I am still to look into implementing offers and other features that I did not immediately required.
