"Seamless Navigation and Quick Info Access"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

I like that Guru provides a clean interface and speed of navigation, making it very clear where to search for what I need. I never have to guess when using the interface, and I find it visually pleasing and easy to navigate. The quick search function and easy access to information are also great. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

I'm sometimes not a fan that all links open in a new window. I would like to have an option to dive into topics in the same window. It would be nice to see integration into systems like Confluence or Google Drive so I could use it to search across the whole company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

Guru's biggest strength is that it acts as a single source of truth for team knowledge. Information is easy to find, well-organized, and verified, which builds trust is the content. Its browser extension and Slack integration allow instant access to answers without switching tools, saving time during daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Managing and maintaining content can require regular effort, especially as knowledge grows. If ownership and verification are not clearly defined, some cards can become outdated. Advanced formatting and customization options are also somewhat limited compared to full documentation tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instant Knowledge Delivery and Smart Organization"
5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

One of the most useful aspects of Guru is the way it delivers information at the exact moment you need it. The browser extension is incredibly smart while you are writing an email or opening a tool; Guru automatically displays relevant knowledge cards. The car-based structure makes it easy to keep content organized and readable. The verification workflow is another highlight. It assigns experts who must confirm the validity of the information periodically, preventing outdated knowledge from being shared across the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

Guru can be overwhelming to set up, especially when deciding how to structure collections, boards, tags, and access permissions. Maintaining verification cycles requires discipline if content owners forget to verify expired cards, the workspace can fill up with outdated information. The UI has many features packed into it, making it slightly confusing for beginners who prefer a simpler, minimal interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast AI Answers That Boost Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

How the search engine works. It's feels like google which make it super. easy to find things.

The AI answers its similar to how Gemini gives. you answers. and grabs things from cards, really great to get fast answers.

The way that its easy to set up your favorites and put them in folders, make it easy to set your most used guru cards in there.

The add on your browser is what really sells it and it adds to productivity because that way you don't have to change tabs.

The way that you can add information, we have had several new updates and we can see how Team Leads add Guru cards and add things instantly

The way the information is distributed its easy for the eyes, I can identify things right away, as well as the section at the bottom where you can click on pages that are related to the one you are looking at.

I've used several tools to find information, this is by far one of the best and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

There are only a couple of things I’d like to mention. The main one is that I would love to have a dark mode. Maybe I just wasn’t able to find it, but in general it’s easier on the eyes, and having it as an option would be great.

The other thing is the browser add-on. If there were an option to move it freely, instead of only from left to right, that would be really helpful. At times it ends up getting in the way of reading and seeing things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
