The absolute best thing about Guru is how it eliminates the "shoulder-tapping" culture by creating a single, verified source of truth that lives where we actually work. I love that the Trust Score system. Seeing that 100% verified status on our Customer Support cards gives our team total confidence that the playbooks we're following, like our "Root Cause Analysis" or "Live Chat" procedures are up to date. The browser extension is a game changer for our support reps because it surfaces knowledge cards instantly without them having to leave the customer conversation to dig through a messy Google Drive or Slack history. What i like best about Guru ai is its overall ease of use. The interface is clean and intuitive so i did not need much time to get started. The ease of implementation was impressive as well especially when setting it up for my daily workflow. I also appreciate the ease of integration with other tools I already use. The number of features available makes it versatile without feeling overwhelming. My frequency of use has increased because it genuinely saves me time.
