What do you like best about Gupshup?

There's never any time when I've heard a no from my sales PoC. Whatever customizations are required, the PoC ensures that the same is getting done. What do you dislike about Gupshup?

Timely completion of the work is the only place where I felt things could have been better. For the project at least, where we collaborated, deadlines were pushed a lot, which sort of affected our go-live plans twice. Hope the same gets better in the coming time. What problems is Gupshup solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing an excellent platform for a pitch-perfect Customer Support System and building the next-level conversational commerce medium is the crucial problem that Gupshup is solving for us. What do you like best about Gupshup?

Their solutions are cost-saving in terms of pricing and can handle delivering high loads of text messages. Messages delivered can be customized highly in terms of content by managing templates. What do you dislike about Gupshup?

The SMS API parameters include JSON strings which can be tricky to work with for new programmers. It can be simplified to an extent considerably by just following the de-facto standard POST API standards data input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gupshup solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gupshup provides low-cost solutions in SMS Marketing and Communications, providing SDKs for sending SMS to their client's customers. Clients need to worry about the implementation and content, and the rest of the tricky parts, like scaling and deliverability factors, are taken care of by them.
