The quality of service is good and customer support is excellent. We use SMS marketing and Whatsapp Marketing communication and Gupshup has also stood by the service that it provides.

What do you like best about Gupshup?

Platform is comfortable in terms of technical aspects. Easy to create a Whatsapp template without any complicated things. Also the approval of the content gets in less than a minute time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reports are quite complicated. At times we didn't get a proper click report for the selected date. Have raised a request to the team later it got resolved. So the improvement can be in report section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gupshup?

The API integration of WhatsApp was easy & flawless. The customer support team is one of the best, as they help you at the points where you get stuck.
