I can go from idea to a working solution with just prompts, without needing to be a coder or engineer. The platform fills out the workflow for me, allowing for solutions that run in the background or interact directly within Slack with built-in integrations. Their support team is insanely fast and always helps with any problems I have. It's valuable to have everything on one platform, allowing me to see insights and track what's being used by my team and across the companies we work with. Setting it up was very easy, not needing to worry about AI API keys and onboarding everyone fast and efficiently. **What do you dislike about Gumloop?** I just want more integrations, and I know their enterprise has it already. **What problems is Gumloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gumloop helps me get answers from the software I use and build reports. It's easy and fun, lets me create solutions without coding, integrates well with Slack, and consolidates systems into one platform so I can monitor teams effectively. ### 2. I was super frustrated at the beginning after spending hours without successful outcomes and troubleshooting on my own. Their team was very patience and was able to eventually help me create working agents and flows that will more than make up for the hours i spent trying to set it up. **What do you dislike about Gumloop?** A lot of the challenges I was facing were able to get solved by support. However, I think the average user would not be able to figure these things out on their own. Having a more user friendly experience and better agent feedback would have saved me a lot of the initial challenges. **What problems is Gumloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** I tried using Gumloop for workflow automations, but it's so unintuitive and complex tasks keep breaking. It's supposed to work with natural language, but the agent isn't smart enough to understand, causing it to fail often. ### 3. The flows for constant automations is great and having Gumloop agent to help in Slack is so useful if you are a Slack addict like I am. **What do you dislike about Gumloop?** It can take some time to understand how to use it. Even though it is intuitive, it can be overwhelming at first to get started leading to choice paralysis. **What problems is Gumloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has allowed me to scrape various things to help keep an insight on potential merging issues, allowing me to catch things before it becomes a potential issue ### 5. The AI nodes for non-deterministic tasks are a great addition, and the MCP nodes that generate integrations on the fly are impressive. The clean, well-designed UI is another aspect I appreciate.
