
The support team was honestly great. I was super frustrated at the beginning after spending hours without successful outcomes and troubleshooting on my own. Their team was very patience and was able to eventually help me create working agents and flows that will more than make up for the hours i spent trying to set it up. A lot of the challenges I was facing were able to get solved by support. However, I think the average user would not be able to figure these things out on their own.
