I feel that the response rate to the survey is somewhat low. Exporting to excel is a bit clunky. It works but it’s clunky. I would prefer to select what fields in wish to export. Also, and this may be more of a Google issue, I would like reviews of specific locations to pull into “reviews from the web” section in google. Not something I can control on either platform.
