**What do you like best about GuildQuality?**

I really appreciate how GuildQuality automates the entire customer feedback and review process, which means we don’t have to chase customers manually. The automatic survey sending after projects saves our team a huge amount of time and gives us consistent, honest feedback. I also like how it helps us build trust with potential customers by collecting verified reviews and pushing them directly to our website, Google, and other platforms. The reporting is straightforward and actionable, allowing us to quickly see where we’re doing well and where we need to improve. The platform's reporting and benchmarking tools are quite useful, helping us track performance trends and hold our team accountable for consistent service quality. The initial setup of GuildQuality was fairly straightforward and intuitive overall, with a clear onboarding flow that did not require heavy IT support.

**What do you dislike about GuildQuality?**

The reporting, while useful, lacks some advanced filtering and comparison options that would help us analyze regional and team performance more precisely. For a business operating across multiple locations in Germany, more granular control would make the platform much stronger. GuildQuality could really improve by focusing more on localization and GDPR-compliant workflows. Many data handling and privacy settings are still designed with US standards in mind, so having more granular, Europe-friendly controls would make it feel much safer and more professional to use. We’d also love to see deeper and more native integrations with common European CRM and project management tools, instead of relying mostly on manual exports or basic third-party connections. More flexible survey logic and better white-labeling options—like custom logos, colors, and layout—would help align the platform with our corporate identity.

I use GuildQuality to automate customer feedback and reviews, saving time and providing honest insights. It strengthens our online reputation by publishing reviews and offers clear reporting to improve our business.

**What do you like best about GuildQuality?**

I really like the clean and intuitive interface of GuildQuality. It is very easy to use, even for those who are not very tech-savvy, making the initial setup straightforward for team members, including older members who didn't struggle. This simplicity and ease of use have allowed us to seamlessly integrate it into our marketing and management efforts, optimizing our social media presence effectively. I also appreciate how it facilitates very easy public responses to reviews and private follow-ups with customers, keeping us deeply engaged with the feedback we receive. Overall, our experience with GuildQuality has been very positive, as we have faced no significant issues and are really happy with the product.

Expensive

I find GuildQuality enhances engagement by allowing us to easily respond to customer reviews and follow up privately. It also optimizes our social media presence, being intuitive and easy for our not-so-tech-savvy team to use.

**What do you like best about GuildQuality?**

What I like most about GuildQuality is its ability to customize surveys. This feature aligns with the actual experiences of customers, making them feel that we are truly attentive to their personal experiences, which in turn encourages them to provide more positive feedback. Additionally, by distributing customized surveys through multiple channels such as SMS, email, and phone, and automatically matching appropriate questions, it ensures the collection of genuine and detailed customer feedback. Moreover, the initial setup of GuildQuality is relatively simple.

**What do you dislike about GuildQuality?**

I feel that the response rate to the survey is somewhat low. Although the questionnaire was distributed through multiple channels such as SMS, email, and phone calls, the timing and frequency of communication might not be well managed. If the questionnaire is sent during busy periods for customers, such as working hours on weekdays, they may not have time to respond. Additionally, if the frequency of sending is too high, customers may feel annoyed; if too low, it can easily be forgotten by customers, both of which can affect the response rate.

GuildQuality distributes customized surveys through multiple channels to accurately collect genuine and detailed customer feedback, aligning with customer experiences and enhancing customer interaction.

**What do you like best about GuildQuality?**

GuildQuality is highly effective in collecting customer feedback via phone, mass text and email follow-ups. This makes the response rate high while ensuring most of the views of the customers are captured due to the use of more than one channel.

**What do you dislike about GuildQuality?**

GuildQuality’s reporting feature is not very intuitive and offers a somewhat disjointed experience. The data can only be exported for further analysis and the reports generated cannot be customized to an extent. It is not easy to narrow down the findings to certain topics of interest or yearlong trends.

**What problems is GuildQuality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuildQuality has boosted my customer satisfaction reports in a big way. The data helps me to see my weaknesses and customers’ issues to implement corrective actions accordingly. The platform also assists me in displaying better reviews on my website and marketing materials; this has proved to increase my leads.

**What do you like best about GuildQuality?**

It is a tool to measure impartially the customer's satisfaction. They reach out by phone, text message and email. The give you lots of ideas on how to increase the response rate and the customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about GuildQuality?**

Nothing really, I would like it to be easier to understand, but it is quite easy the way it is and you have an account manager who is always there to answer any question.

**What problems is GuildQuality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can find issues with our processes and have tangible proof to follow up with the people involved in the process and fix it. In general it is a tool to help us provide better services to our clients.

**What do you like best about GuildQuality?**

It's an easy to use and automated software to aggregate client reviews.  Reviews and ratings show up in online search which is good for our SEO.

**What do you dislike about GuildQuality?**

It's too easy for contractors to hide some or all of the areas that don't reflect well, giving consumers a false sense of trust.

**Recommendations to others considering GuildQuality:**

If you are a general or service contractor, Guild Quality is a great and affordable solution for customer reviews.  You can also use GQ for other surveys.

**What problems is GuildQuality solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to evaluate our performance and share results with our staff so we can work on areas of improvement.  The ability to provide links and information to prospective clients.  Recognition for our quality and customer service.

It is solving the core issues of services providers and their customers to ensure them a quality work and high level of communication with them to understand each others.

Very user friendly filters to drill into survey data and slice & dice information to get actionable insights

**What do you dislike about GuildQuality?**

Exporting to excel is a bit clunky. It works but it’s clunky. I would prefer to select what fields in wish to export. Also, and this may be more of a Google issue, I would like reviews of specific locations to pull into “reviews from the web” section in google. Not something I can control on either platform.

Understanding what’s working and what’s not. Right now I am mining out strengths and weaknesses by individual sales rep
