It often takes a long time for new InsuranceSuite features to trickle down to InsuranceNow, if they even do at all. **What problems is Guidewire InsuranceNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** They continue to expand their partner network with innovative partnerships with industry tested vendors. This allows us to implement new tools to augment and improve our day to day processes. ### 3. The system has everything from policy inception to the claim life cycle. It helps having all users in one system from a training and management perspective. **What do you dislike about Guidewire InsuranceNow?** Policy billing and correspondence management has been the biggest challenge while using InsuranceNow. Since billing is very complicated it becomes difficult to implement any changes without having any downstream impacts. **What problems is Guidewire InsuranceNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We like having one system to manage all of our insurance needs. ### 4.
