The platform is incredibly easy to use and doesn't require lots of time and admin to set up. You can find mentors in the organisation who have the skills and experience you're looking to gain – something that used to take our business lots of time and resources to do in the past. Mentoring is such a critical way to support our employees and Guider has enabled us to do that on a much larger scale. It's great! With the current hybrid and virtual working environments, virtual mentoring is really key and Guider helps do this quite seamlessly. I was struggling working from home, feeling quite disconnected from my colleagues and feeling like there weren't many learning opportunities. When Guider came in this changed. I now have a mentor that I really look up to and feel like I am finally progressing in my career. What drew me to Guider originally was their fantastic support team, they were always on hand with advice, support and content. The learning hub made it simple and easy for our mentees and mentors to get started and continue communicating with each other.
