We needed a tool to easily create training and support videos in multiple languages despite our English-only support staff. Trainn's unique functionality for screen capture + video + closed captions + natural sounding text to speech was the perfect combination for our needs. They have made great strides to make it easier for us to create a platform walkthrough in English and then translate, but it might be easier with a more formalized "translate template" feature set. Auto-Generated audio is the best feature! Not robotic and as natural as it can get. Ability to exit an existing snippet and update a small block without needing to retake the video is a huge time saver. The ability to use a snapshot/slides to update or insert snippets in between is super cool. The team is super helpful when assistance is needed. Advanced features like academy need a bit of hand-holding to start using. Hope it gets more intuitive as the product matures.
