We were looking at an investment in the space, but we already had a contract in place with Guidepoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you like best about Guidepoint? They found one good expert that provided 80% of what we were looking for. They also provided us a few candidate profiles pretty quickly. I also liked that they already had a MSA in place so no time was wasted on legal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Guidepoint? They are way more expensive than the other networks we use (DeepBench, Silverlight, Zintro, Athenium), and they were unpleasant the entire time we worked with them. They also seemed to stop working on the project early on in the process, leaving us hanging. We took the same project to two of the networks listed above and they both provided the same exact expert but for $200-450 less than what Guidepoint charged us for him (both 60-minute calls). Recommendations to others considering Guidepoint: They may have the brand name, but others are doing the same thing just as well if not better and for cheaper. We were trying to find a single network that could act as a one-stop-shop network but we didn't find that here. We now send the bid to all of the networks at once and let them race.
