It is user friendly and easy to organize and edit. Without having any prior experience, I was able to go in and make edits without having to reinvent the wheel. On the end user side, our attendees enjoy being able to see the schedule on their phones and it is nice being able to make changes in real time (something we can't do with the paper copy). I've been using it for years, so I'm pretty familiar with it, how to uploads items, how to make changes. It's easy to make changes and push out an update at the last minute, such as when a speaker cancels. For users, once they download the app, it's pretty user friendly. There are a few user experience things that took some figuring out, but overall I had a positive experience. The most helpful feature of Guidebook is that it offers a plethora of tools that helps to support our intern programming opportunities and events. So far you cannot directly replicate the app as an online version. This is unhelpful in terms of accessibility for things like screen readers etc. In addition to that, you are only able to upload files as PDFs. This means users cannot download something like a template and use it for their own purposes - we would have to create a dropbox or cloud link and get the raw document to them like that. What I like most about guidebook is the UI is pretty simple to understand. It has a bit of a learning curve but once you get the idea of what you're looking for, the app is simple to use throughout a long event.
