While using the Guidebook App, I found that Guidebook allowed me to easily customize our program by adding our schedule, campus maps, resources, and specific infomartion that is unique to our univeristy. It was super customizable with the help of the wonderful staff support that was extremely responsive! The app allowed us to make real-time updates and send notifications to the community, ensuring our participants were notificed of any changes or updates. We did experience a small glitch on our opeing day where people were unable to access guidebook for a period of time.
