The ease of use and the pain points it solves.

I don't think I've come across a SaaS product where I'd get quicker time to value. With Guidde, I was able to create a handful of videos for the Help Center of our SaaS, and the experience was smooth.

Guidde and the AI it capitalizes on does everything from recording the clicks, adding overlays and shapes, adding descriptions, and you can also add a voiceover (a wealth of options and languages to choose from).

What I like best about it is that it makes recording videos enjoyable again. Before, you'd have to jump through hoops, edit your videos, add the visuals yourself, now it's automated. The UI, UX, and the responsiveness of the team is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's nothing I dislike it per se because I know that it'll get better over time. I'm a stickler for formatting and easthetics, so I still spend some time manually refining the videos (like changing the descriptions of the steps, the shapes, etc.). But, the videos Guidde spews out are perfectly ready-to-use if you're not as fastidious as I am in making videos.

Also, there's this glitch whereby when you change a description of the step, the frame duration must be 1 second longer than the voiceover length, which is something that's not required for default-made steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is really user-friendly, allowing me to create and share tutorial guides easily. The intuitive interface and variety of features mean I can tailor my content exactly how I envision it. It's revolutionized the way I approach guided experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't emphasize enough how much of a game changer guidde has been for documentation across all functions. As someone who wears multiple hats in our support organization, creating how-to guides used to be a time-consuming task. I was even considering hiring a documentation specialist until I discovered guidde. Now, in less time than it would take to explain my requirements to someone else, I can create my own professional guides.

guidde's user-friendly interface makes the process effortless, allowing me to create guides within minutes. I particularly love the text-to-voiceover feature, which adds a polished touch to my guides without the need for recording my own voice. Ever had a situation where you need to schedule time with a colleague to show them how to do something, but schedules don't align? Make a quick Guidde! In these cases, creating can take as little as a minute (seriously).

Want to create polished how-to guides for your clients (or colleagues) with voiceovers? You can do that with Guidde. I highly recommend using the text to voiceover instead of recording your own. Write out the script, and that's it!

I only have two minor "complaints".

1. There's a 100 click limit per video. I get that the general goal is to create snack-sized guiddes, but sometimes you do need to create an in-depth one. You can split it into multiple guiddes, but I wish you didn't have to.

2. Occasionally, I'd like more options with the arrows you can use to point to sections in the guidde. It can be limiting from a visual appeal perspective. It's rare, but I've run into this a few times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having to make walkthroughs was always such a pain, taking a piture of each step then taking it into powerpoint and drawing each step over and over again is the worst, of you need to visually explain anything to someone, use guidde Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's embarrassing how many hours I've spent screenshotting, editing videos, and repeating the same training or tip when ramping reps. Guidde is a great tool that our whole Client Experience team is able to use at a moment's notice. Whether our training team is using it for a Universal video, or our Client Success or Support team is creating a quick video for a specific client Guidde is able to meet everyone's immediate need and get resources into our client's hands immediately.

The editing/trimming features have some limitations (i.e. the longer your video gets, the harder it is to clip a very specific window). I do believe it's gotten better over time, and have seen noticeable improvements, so I can only suspect that will continue. It's only a minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Its customization functions enable us to create step-by-step videos that align with our brand. The ability to put together a walkthrough in just five minutes with captions is a real time-saver. As a product marketer, I use it to create GIFs or step-by-step videos that demonstrate new features that we release, and it's an excellent tool for this purpose. I highly recommend it to any product marketer looking to educate others on how to use a product.

I think that maybe more editing elements could be useful (i.e. being able to crop screen captures, zooming into specific features, etc.), but I am sure that with a small request on specifics - it's something that the team will take care of immediately as they have with all of our previous requests. I can create articles, guides, walkthroughs, demos, new feature announcments, how-to, onboarding new clients and all of that in light speed.

Before, we had to record screens, back track, editing, writing and more which was TIME CONSUMING which is our most important resource and now? all of that now take less than 60 seconds.
