When editing videos/step-by-step, it lacks features similar to Microsoft/Google, for example: Add-on moves to back or to front, support Bold and/or Italic, etc. The "Spaces" also are slightly 'thin' with features (there isn't an option to edit the space symbol). The product is just so darn easy to use. I was creating training videos for our app, and it was challenging to click on my shared screen and articulate a perfect script simultaneously.
