I am eager for new features to roll out as they continue to grow such as marketing to past guests, stayover automation etc. The team is great at taking feedback and recommendations. Recommendations to others considering GuestTouch: I would definitely recommend this product for guest SMS. This software has saved me lots of time and the ROI is immense! There really isn't anything out there like it at the moment. I especially love the app my team and I can download to quickly respond to messages without being tied to your computer. Seamless communication with guests & collecting reviews. I love the automation for pre-arrival & departure texts. We have been able to collect way more reviews using this tool. It also frees up my time immensely! I'm not having to manually send out texts every day! Most other SMS communications didn't have an app for the phone but with GuestTouch I don't have to be glued to my laptop. I get a notification on my phone and can respond immediately to guests.
