GuestReel is a QR code photo and video sharing platform that helps couples, event hosts, planners, venues, and event teams collect guest-generated content in one private, organized gallery. At weddings and other events, guests often capture candid moments that professional photographers or organizers may miss. Those photos and videos can easily end up scattered across WhatsApp, text messages, social media, shared albums, and individual camera rolls — or never get shared at all. GuestReel gives everyone one simple place to contribute. Hosts create an event and receive a personalized QR code and shareable link. Guests scan the code and upload photos and videos in just a few taps, with no app download or account creation required. Every contribution is automatically collected in the event gallery, reducing manual follow-up and the need to chase guests afterward. Key features include: Personalized QR codes and event links No app or guest account required Original-quality photo and video uploads Private event galleries One-click media downloads Customizable event pages Canva QR sign templates Live Picture Wall and slideshow Live customer support GuestReel is built primarily for wedding photo sharing, helping couples preserve candid reactions, behind-the-scenes moments, and unique perspectives from friends and family. It also supports birthdays, parties, family celebrations, conferences, corporate events, and other group occasions. For planners, venues, agencies, and business teams, GuestReel can also help collect attendee-generated photos and videos for event recaps, social content, internal sharing, and future promotions. GuestReel combines QR code photo sharing, simple guest participation, private media collection, and real-time displays to help hosts capture more moments and keep event photos and videos organized in one easy-to-manage place.
