Gubabgoo is the chat provider for all the dealership account under Humberview Group. And so far we have never faced any challenges in terms of chat leads, support and integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we have 19 stores under multiple brands, sometimes chats are transferred to incorrect store. This is mainly because of the customer location and device location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
