"Guardz is truly a comprehensive security platform for my customers and an excellent sales tool."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

Guardz comes budled with several different features for my customers, all of which would cost far more if I were to attempt to tool them separately. I like the ease with which it can be setup, we had the platform up and running for a customer in about an hour. The sales tools are excellent giving us the opportunity to educate our customers about Cybersecurity and also upsell additional services to remediate security gaps. What do you dislike about Guardz?

The only drawback that I see today is the lack of thier own integrated AV and EDR product. Currrently for AV they rest on top of Windows defender and there is no true EDR capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I like Guardz! There are some improvements that would be nice"
3/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

The landing page makes it very easy to use and see what I am doing. It also allows me to priotitze my tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

It could use some work with the alerting. I wish it would allow me to set it to create new alerts as they come in instead of tacking onto similar alerts for our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Single pane of Glass to see Cyber Security Posture"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

It combines many areas of CyberSecurity into a single tool. love the tech they are using, pulling together some of the best tools out there and showing it in one pane of glass with constant updates. It's very well put together and has great reporting. I love the spidering out of the domains and showing external vulnerabilities like missing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, looking at certificate issues, vulnerabilities within the WordPress sites or plugins, and many other things that external bad actors can also find. This then warns so you can repair these items. Then once you are in, you can add to your M365 and it will give warnings about locations, DLP, MFA posture and many other items to keep the Posture high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

It doesn't work with all other platforms, but doesn't need to as it's fully functioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Guardz as a discussion"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

It brings cloud security to another level and helps with keeping the clients data secure knowing you didnt forget a setting, and monitoring is simple and dashboard is clear, implentation is easy, customer support is the best I have exprianced, I use it daily to check on all my clients, and integrates to our clients services and stations withno issues, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

Sometimes requires a lot of clicking to preform a task, and you need to stay on top of things there's no AI that can remidiate and decide how to handle things for you which is a good thing in the end because we don't want things to get messed up either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Guardz has been a great tool for inside into our clients overall security posture."
4/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

The dashboard is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Initiating fixes for most security issues are automatic, but even the manual ones always include easy to follow steps to resolve them which is a fresh take over most companies just expecting you to know everything. Client onboarding is a breeze, and most reports start populating within a few ours. Our clients have all loved it so far. Setting up email security and teaching clients about the changes to their inboxes is usually a 5 minute conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

There are a few quirks as all softwares have. Sometimes you want to use two remediation options instead of one. For instance you want to delete an email and add it to the block list, but you can only do 1. Also they could improve on some automation features, and give MSP's more manual automations. An automation dashboard would be a big improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lots of power in a little suite"
5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

Above all else the most important thing to me has been the communication with our partners. When it comes to an issue we may have, we don't have to wait around for a response, as well as having a good flow of communication between our success managers.

The product is great, and I love to see the constant improvements. The ability to navigate between clients and quickly get a glimpse of high priority trouble issues is incredibly helpful when you're pressed on time. With the added ability to see suggested remediation steps for the issues, it's a huge time saver. You don't have to look up the solution, or even how to do it in some cases, because the remediation steps guide you through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

The only downside I can see with Guardz currently is that the web interface can be a little sluggish at times, especially if you let your trouble items pile up, or you try to remedy many trouble items at once. Other than that, I have no gripes, and the consistent improvements have left me more than satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gives us a comprehensive overview of our client's security posture and the ability to mitigate the issues it finds! It's very easy to use, and connects well to accounts. "Perfect Security Tool for SMB"
4/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

Perfectly align the security offerings with the costs for small and medium businesses. They truly value this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

It would be better to integrate additional security offerings with a price difference to support those who need a more advanced product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
