"Guardz: Unified Security Hub with Clear Reporting and Helpful Alerts"
5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

Guardz is a hub for several security tools removing the need to log into separate portals. The Guardz portal provides easy to understand reporting and provides informative email notifications for issues that need to be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

I have not encountered any aspects of Guardz that I dislike, it is a good product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michael Mayer of Guardz

Reviews like this genuinely make our team's day, Gary. We have done a lot of research into how disproportionately SMBs are targeted compared to large enterprises and it is what drives everything we build. MSPs should not have to choose between identity protection, Microsoft 365 security, and SentinelOne endpoint protection across separate tools. Guardz exists to bring all of that together in one place. Knowing it is working as your security baseline is exactly the outcome we set out to achieve. Thank you.

"Streamlined Cloud Security and Risk Management"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

I use Guardz primarily to help protect our cloud environments and digital assets by identifying vulnerabilities, monitoring threats, and improving our overall cybersecurity posture. It supports both operational security and client-facing engagements by giving us better visibility into risks, helping prioritize urgent matters, and ensuring our cloud deployments stay secure and compliant. I like how Guardz makes cybersecurity feel more manageable and structured, even when dealing with multiple environments. I really enjoy how it helps with consistency and coordination, working especially well when multiple teams are involved, providing a common view of what's happening, and giving quick updates without long back-and-forth emails. It feels less complex than many enterprise security tools, which makes adoption easier and speeds up execution. The initial setup was quite smooth and straightforward, and we were able to start getting visibility fairly quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

A few things in Guardz could be improved, especially from my role in cloud & cybersecurity. Some areas feel less customizable, especially when different teams want different reporting. Reporting could be more flexible for leadership and client-ready summaries. Integration depth can be improved - connecting smoothly with all existing security tools isn't always seamless. Occasional alert noise - sometimes it takes effort to filter what's truly urgent versus information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, All-in-One Security Console for MSPs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

It's a single-pane console for managing most basic security needs for an MSP client that I can buy a single license at a time, month-to-month, no minimums, no contract. It includes S1 for endpoint, Avanan for email, ITDR, dark web monitoring, security awareness training, phishing simulation, web browser defense, and cloud data monitoring. Setup is easy and support is excellent. The S1 and Avanan integrations in their Ultimate tier are very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

It's a newer product and not all parts are as well developed as others. The ITDR, for instance, feels very basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Security Management Made Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

I use Guardz for security purposes, and it is incredibly efficient at displaying all kinds of security alerts, risks, and system statuses in one place, which really saves time by reducing the need to jump between tools. I particularly appreciate the smooth functionality for incident response—when an issue is detected, Guardz provides guided remediation steps that make it easy to act quickly. What I like the most is that it feels efficient and reassuring, delivering strong security coverage while staying easy to operate on a daily basis. Since email is still the most common attack, having real-time phishing detection and clear alerts with Guardz makes a huge difference. The initial setup was quite easy, and overall, this tool saves my work and organization from threats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

This is hard to say, this tool has been saving us from threat and its a great option any organisation would choose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Security, Seamless Deployment"
5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

I find Guardz easy to use for deployment, and I think their prospecting is great. The use of industry-leading software solutions reassures us and adds credibility with our clients. I appreciate the built-in prospecting feature that allows us to benchmark and scan clients. I love the categorization of alerts, especially for email security and EDR with Sentinel One. The onboarding experience was great, and it is scaling well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

The awareness training was an improvement area for us, but they listened and really improved on this, now we have new videos for our end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michael Mayer of Guardz

Thank you so much. Our team has explored in depth why MDR has become essential for MSPs rather than optional. The data is clear: 90% of organizations prefer an outsourced or hybrid MDR model because building that capability in-house simply does not scale. Guardz delivers it with SentinelOne-powered EDR, Check Point email protection, ITDR, and security awareness training purpose-built for MSPs, all in one platform. Hearing that the awareness training improvements are genuinely landing for your end users means everything to us. Thank you for trusting us with your clients.

"Difficult Rollout and Email Quarantine Frustrations Despite Strong Vulnerability Remediation"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

Guardz makes it easy to capture and remediate high and critical vulnerabilities that affect our clients. The interface is easy to learn, use and navigate on a day-to-day basis. Integration is straight-forward, and remediations are resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

There have certainly been some pain points. Checkpoint/Avanan has proven to be difficult to roll out, and frustrating for clients when important emails are captured. Some platform integration is not quite as smooth as others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review of Guardz MSP Tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Guardz?

The best part of Guardz is the integration with SentinelOne MDR, which offers 24/7 monitoring and rapid response at a very competitive cost. It delivers enterprise-grade protection at a fraction of the price of traditional EDR solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guardz?

The main limitation is the lack of native support for Linux-based endpoints, which restricts full coverage in mixed environments. Additionally, some advanced configuration options are less customizable compared to enterprise-grade EDR solutions. Expanding platform support and offering deeper policy controls would strengthen the overall product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
