GuardTrac is an all-in-one security guard management platform built for modern security companies. It helps teams manage guard tracking, scheduling, checkpoint patrols, incident reporting, timekeeping, payroll, billing, client reporting, and team communication from a single dashboard. Guards use the GuardTrac mobile app to clock in with GPS verification, scan QR, GPS, and NFC checkpoints, submit reports with photos and timestamps, and communicate with dispatch in real time. Managers can monitor field activity, manage shifts and sites, review operational reports, and give clients visibility into the services being performed.
