**What do you like best about Guardso?**

We don't have to check all the paper reports anymore manually! The client portal is nicely designed, and its layout makes it easy for my clients and me to access it immediately.

**What do you dislike about Guardso?**

We don't like how the layout looks; it is quite cumbersome for some non-technical people. You also need to always connect to the internet so that the data is synced up.

**What problems is Guardso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software is relatively straightforward, and the mobile app is helpful too. Management of the security team becomes more productive and effective. Plus, it is cost-effective for our company.
