The modular structure and the simple way of normalizing the data allow the evaluation to be well adapted to the existing structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it would be very good to sheen ready-made examples and videos of how to set things up. When you have done it, it's easy.

Also, it's not too hard to test "Alert rules" in a live environment, without leaving any stupid messages. Here a training mode would be very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
