Dear Aji,
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I understand that you have some concerns regarding the integration of GuardRails with GitLab and the visibility of repositories.
I would like to clarify that GuardRails is designed to integrate seamlessly with GitLab, enabling you to scan your repositories for potential security vulnerabilities and compliance issues. In terms of your concern about the visibility of repositories, please note that GuardRails only displays repositories that are accessible to the user account that was used to install GuardRails.
To address your concern, you can install GuardRails on your company's organization within GitLab, and then log in using your account. This way, you will only see the repositories that are associated with your company's organization(s).
Additionally, you can use the Filter function within GuardRails to filter out any private repositories and disable them. This can be done by:
1. Log in to the GuardRails Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Repositories section.
3. Click on the FILTER icon located on the left-hand side, next to the ""Find Repositories"" search box.
4. Filter PRIVATE repositories
I hope this information helps. If you need any more support on this issue, please contact us on support@guardrails.io
