The profile video feature is especially helpful — it gives me an immediate sense of each candidate's English proficiency and presentation skills, saving me time on phone calls with people I likely wouldn’t hire. The CV search tool is also a really handy bonus **What do you dislike about GuardPass?** The site can be a bit laggy at times, which slows down the process. One major improvement I'd like to see is the ability to filter candidates by gender. Some of our clients specifically require female security staff for their venues, and even when I clearly state 'Females Only' in the ad, I still receive over 100 applications from male candidates who haven't read the listing. Its user friendly interface makes it is easy to navigate for both candidates and employers. **What do you dislike about GuardPass?** Very strong database of candidates in areas of density, however a lack of candidates in locations where most employers within the industry will be struggling to recruit. Would be great to understand what the business is doing to tackle this, however appreciate the board / database is still pretty new to the industry. **What problems is GuardPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Guard Pass provides us a quicker turn around time due to candidates already being SIA Licensed which is a great benefit ### 4. All the information and pre learning required was available on the app with notification reminders. Very easy to use. **What do you dislike about GuardPass?** The App is very cluttered and clearly designed for young members. **What problems is GuardPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has a comprehensive list of SIA approved courses/dates and locations to ease booking of courses. ### 5. System does not select candidates correctly, able to by-pass questions which puts them forward for consideration **What problems is GuardPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our product is people, the pool available is diminishing and challenging to recuit new security professionals. Often we'd prefer someone new to the industry, so that we can train them the way we want to. GuardPass has a huge selection to choose from. We are very much high end corporate which is even more challenging. ### 6.
