GuardChek handles scheduling, GPS clock-in, incident reports and payroll reporting for security guard companies, at flat, published prices per tier. It was built by a security company that still runs its own operations on it every day. In the office, supervisors build the week on a drag-and-drop schedule with recurring shifts, publish it when it is ready, and send open shifts to their guards by text message. A dispatcher logs each call, sends it to a guard's phone and follows the guard's status: accepted, on my way, arrived, done. Payroll reports come from verified hours, and invoices go to clients by email, with read receipts. In the field, guards use the GuardChek app on their own iPhone or Android phone. They clock in by GPS inside the site's geofence, scan NFC checkpoints on patrol, file incident and daily activity reports with photos, and can press an SOS button that records audio. If a guard's app goes silent or a checkpoint is missed, the office gets an alarm. Clients get a portal login and see reports and coverage for their own sites only. Every customer runs on a private copy of GuardChek, so your data never shares a database with another company. From the Growth plan up, a company-wide banned-subject database keeps photos and records of people banned from your sites. Guards can fill in its records by scanning the barcode on a driver's license with their phone, and bans link to the related arrest reports. Pricing is flat and published: $449, $649 and $899 USD a month for up to 25, 50 and 100 guards, with no per-guard fees on those plans and two months free when you pay yearly.
