Revenue Labs is a GTM Learning System built for B2B SaaS companies. It provides four agents — Prospecting, Deal, Retention, and Expansion — that operate across the full customer lifecycle within a single platform. The Prospecting Agent scores accounts against a company's ICP, detects buying signals, and generates personalised outreach. The Deal Agent supports qualification, competitive positioning, and win probability assessment. The Retention Agent monitors customer health, predicts churn risk, and recommends interventions. The Expansion Agent identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. All four agents share a unified data layer called the Context Graph, which connects accounts, contacts, activities, and outcomes. The system records every decision and its result, then proposes improvements to scoring models, messaging, and playbooks based on observed outcomes. All proposed changes require human approval before going live. Revenue Labs integrates with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), customer success tools (Gainsight), call recording systems, email, calendar, and product analytics. It is designed for B2B SaaS companies with 200-1,200 employees and complex GTM operations spanning multiple products or regions.
