GTM Clarity is B2B chat software with website visitor identification built in, billed per outcome. The platform identifies anonymous website visitors at company level worldwide and by name in the US, then verifies and enriches each record. Its AI chat agent answers visitor questions without a fixed script, qualifies visitors against criteria the customer sets, and books meetings directly into the customer's calendar. When a visitor asks for a person, or a conversation meets the customer's handoff rules, the chat passes live to the customer's own team in the same window, with the visitor's identity and conversation history already loaded. Coverage hours and handoff rules are set by the customer. Visitors who leave without converting are kept as audiences the customer can use for remarketing on their own ad budget. Pricing has no subscription or seat fee. The customer is billed when a visitor reaches one of five outcomes: an identified visitor, a captured contact, a qualified lead, a booked meeting or a booked qualified meeting. Each visitor is billed once per period, at the highest outcome reached, and the first 500 identifications on each website are free. Installation is a single script tag. Setup runs through an onboarding agent that collects the customer's qualification criteria. The platform works with or without a CRM and integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Zoho CRM, Slack, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and outbound webhooks.
