"I have been using GTM Buddy from the last year, and so far I have no complaints"
5/5
What do you like best about GTM Buddy?

The best part about GTM Buddy is their Intent to provide the best experience to their customers, they interact with the users, take their feedbacks and work on it in a timely manner.

From a product centric view, I love the content sharing and the insights that I get regarding the asset. Recently I have been using their ASK BUDDY feature and I am surprisingly happy about how it has shaped up and how useful it is for SDRs and PMMs to seek right answers in natural language in real-time. Loved using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?

Nothing so far. But if I have to pick one, it will be the need to enter email ids every time when accessing the Digital Sales Room.

This requirement should be changed because in a highly regulated industries like banking and financial services, this is kind of a deal breaker.

Also the UI could be made better and modern, making it easier to access the features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GTM Buddy?

As an SDR at Netcore Cloud, I use GTMbuddy every single day. From pulling the right case study in seconds to handling tough objections with live battlecards—it’s like having a mini enablement team right inside my inbox and CRM.

The best part? I don’t have to chase decks, hunt for content, or bug marketing. Everything I need—pitch scripts, one-pagers, success stories—it’s all right there, ready and relevant to the prospect.

There was a small learning curve initially with how content is tagged, but once I got used to it, it’s been smooth sailing.

If you’re in sales and want to save time and sound sharp, GTMbuddy is a no-brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?

1. I wish the interface had a cleaner visual layout or beginner tips when starting. Took a few tries to get comfortable.

2. Sometimes I find too many similar cards for one topic. It would be great if it highlighted just the top recommended one for faster action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GTM Buddy?

easy to use, gives updates, and can send large files easily to the clients. GTM Buddy integrates seamlessly with CRM and communication tools like Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, and Slack to deliver relevant content in context, directly where salespeople work. It eliminates the need for reps to search through multiple folders or platforms for collateral. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?

Sometimes the content attached is not accessible to the client. GTM Buddy is not as widely recognized. GTM Buddy is primarily a cloud-based tool with limited support for offline access, which may be a drawback for reps working in low-connectivity environments. What do you like best about GTM Buddy?

The single most change that GTM Buddy has brought in the sales process is to reduce the turn around time in fetching the right, updated resources that the employees need in their daily activities. It is easy to use. Easy to share. Easy to update, Easy to track who uses, sees, or downloads the material. And if you have any question, you need only ask. AskBuddy does the hard work of fetching the right information in real time and gives you the answer to power your sales calls or speed up the daily office work. And the frequency of use of the different materials also help identifying what kind of resources do the sales team need more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GTM Buddy?

The seamless Outlook integration is a standout. I particularly appreciate the Smart Snippets and Favorites features that surface highly relevant content at just the right time—whether I’m crafting an email, joining a meeting, or preparing a pitch. The ability to pull in data from LinkedIn and MS Teams, combined with easy access to email templates and shared content libraries, creates a one-stop-shop for sales enablement. Everything syncs back into our CRM, so I never lose track of account activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?

GTM Buddy's ease of use stands out—minimal training was needed, thanks to an intuitive UI and embedded video tutorials like Introduction to GTM Buddy and Navigating Dashboard. Its ease of integration is excellent; Outlook, LinkedIn, Teams, and CRM are all tightly connected.

The frequency of use is daily—especially for email prep, meeting readiness, and tracking content engagement. The number of features is impressive but well-organized: from uploading to sharing to monitoring engagement, everything is right at your fingertips.

I especially value the CRM hygiene support, where contacts are automatically linked to opportunities, and the system sends smart notifications about buyer activity on shared documents. It helps keep my outreach informed and timely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GTM Buddy?

GTM Buddy excels at providing sales teams with relevant content and AI-powered insights, directly integrated into their workflows. This eliminates the need to search through multiple tools, saving time and boosting productivity. Users also praise the platform for its ability to track engagement with prospects and tailor strategies accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?

While GTM Buddy offers valuable features like content management, deal analytics, and AI-powered recommendations, some users have noted issues with the user interface and the completeness of certain features. For example, the UI has been described as "complex" and "poorly designed" by some reviewers. This can lead to a less user-friendly experience, potentially requiring more time to navigate and find what you need. Furthermore, some users feel that certain features are either incomplete or not as robust as they could be. This could include things like the content discovery and delivery features, or the analytics and reporting capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool to have for Sales reps"

What do you like best about GTM Buddy?

GTM Buddy has quickly become one of my favorite tools as an SDR. There are a lot of things I appreciate about it, but what stands out the most is how it brings everything I need into one centralized platform. Whether I’m looking to upskill with relevant sales content, find messaging ideas, or quickly share trackable assets with prospects, it’s all there in one place.

One of the most valuable features for me has been the battle cards. They’re not just useful for understanding buyer personas, but they also give me a clear way to position our product effectively against competitors. It helps me feel more prepared going into calls, especially when handling objections or tailoring my pitch.

Overall, GTM Buddy has saved me a lot of time and made my outreach much more strategic. It’s like having a personal sales enablement coach built into my workflow. Highly recommend it to any SDR or AE looking to sharpen their game Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?

The content tracking feature could be better at displaying exactly who opened the email, as it shows that "someone" opened an email I sent. When internal folks are cc'd on the email, it can get confusing/misleading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An incredibly helpful resource with outstanding support"

What do you like best about GTM Buddy?

GTM Buddy has become a go-to hub for our enablement resources. It’s streamlined the way we organize and access materials across teams, making content more centralized and easier to maintain. One of the standout aspects has been the support from our CSM, Diya. She is responsive, thoughtful, and a true partner in helping us make the most of the platform. Their involvement has made a huge difference in how we think about and structure our content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?

One challenge has been driving consistent adoption across teams. While the platform itself is strong, it requires internal effort to shift habits and ensure people are regularly engaging with it. A bit more built-in guidance or nudges to encourage usage could help with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Go-To-Tool for finding the relevant resources"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GTM Buddy?

GTM Buddy makes my life as an AE so much easier especially in long, complex sales cycles.

It helps me find the right collateral in seconds, and I’ve even favourited my go-to assets for quick access. Before every call, it preps me with relevant insights like which current customers I can name-drop and that context has been a game-changer (integrates very well with gmail & calendar).

I also rely heavily on the Digital Sales Room once I’m deep into a deal. It helps consolidate all relevant content, map out next steps, and track how prospects engage, right down to how much time they spend on each slide.

And the ability to track opens and engagement? Super helpful during critical stages.

Honestly, I can’t imagine going back to a world without a good sales enablement platform like GTM Buddy. And a special props to the GTM Team for being easily accessible on Slack whenever I need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?

At times, the sheer amount of content available can feel a bit overwhelming especially when I’m in a rush. That said, the search and favorites features usually help me get to what I need quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
