Free for one-to-one help: the user shares a one-time code and accepts the connection, choosing what to allow (view, control or file transfer). Company plans from USD 10/month for 10 devices add enrolled computers with one-click connect, live chat between users and support, an "Ask for help" button, a technician app for iPhone and Android with notifications, device inventory and network map, private network access to intranets and server apps without a VPN, shared folders, automatic updates, two-step verification, audit log and AES-256 encryption with a new key per session. Windows and macOS. App interface in Spanish; website in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
