Good reporting and easy to use platform. I liked that credits expired and were returned to us if not used. **What do you dislike about GrubHub for Restaurants?** Users had to create an account, which caused a lot of back-and-forth administration. Not all of our employees could use the benefit, since we increasingly heard from our population that grubhub didn't service their area. **What problems is GrubHub for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** In a remote and virtual capacity, this allowed us to "serve" lunch to our employees for get togethers, recognition, etc. ### 2. Also, I like the ability able to track your order online. It is pretty straightforward to use. **What do you dislike about GrubHub for Restaurants?** I don't have any major dislikes so far. I would say the designs of the website is pretty boring to me. However, that is just based on my personal opinion. **Recommendations to others considering GrubHub for Restaurants:** I would say compare to similar services and see if Grubhub is right for you. If so, try out the website and select your favorite restaurant. **What problems is GrubHub for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to order from my favorite restaurants without the hassle of having to pick up the food myself. ### 3. Things changed in mid 2021, they lost a ot of restaurants. The software worsened - they pushed choices on me that delayed me finding my chosen restaurants. The credit card option kept getting glitchy and switching my choices. Customer service tanked. **What do you dislike about GrubHub for Restaurants?** I'd like to be able to store orders and not be forced to empty one to put on another. **What problems is GrubHub for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** Delivery. Can find restaurants who can deliver quickly. **What do you dislike about GrubHub for Restaurants?** Drivers are supposed to bring delivery to my doorstep but often they just leave it in the lobby of my apartment that has hundreds of residents because they are lazy. And usually this is after tip has submitting and no recourse left. **What problems is GrubHub for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don’t have a car so this is a great way to get food delivered when I don't feel like cooking or when I want to try out a new restaurant that I haven't been to before. ### 5. It is also nice that you can filter by pick-up or delivery, by type of food, by dietary restrictions, by delivery speed, and by a particular dish if you are looking for something in particular. I like that you get updates as your food is being prepared and when its on the way. It is also nice that they have listed top national picks, most popular near you, delicious deals, etc. **What do you dislike about GrubHub for Restaurants?** I recently had an issue with grubhub in which my order was canceled unexpectedly for no reason after waiting for 1.5 hours for food in which the company first tried to blame the restaurant and then proceeded to take credit for the issue by reporting there was a "lack of communication with the driver". It made me hesitant to want to order using grubhub again - not knowing their reliability. **Recommendations to others considering GrubHub for Restaurants:** If the timing is over an hour do yourself a favor and call both the resturant and grubhub customer care service to figure out which end is having the issues. **What problems is GrubHub for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes it is nice to order dinner out and it provides all the restaurant options locally, delivery time, and food type. It gives everything in list order and occasionally includes pictures of the dishes which can be very helpful. It provides a nice alternative to calling a restaurant given that they are often very busy and sometimes don't pick up. It is great to have everything written and easily viewable in front of you to know what is in the dishes. ### 7. The drivers never pay attention to the directions given to them, and cannot seem to read address numbers on buildings.
