GrowthLoop excels at simplifying data exploration and audience targeting. It allows our marketing team to apply complex logic without needing deep technical expertise, streamlining our processes. The support from the GrowthLoop team has been outstanding, with their flexibility and commitment to meeting our business needs making the implementation smooth and effective.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

There’s little to criticize. While the initial rollout had a few minor challenges, the GrowthLoop team was quick to address them, providing excellent communication and regular updates.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GrowthLoop has automated our audience selection and data syncing processes, saving us significant time and resources. By eliminating manual tasks and integrating seamlessly with our data warehouse, it has enhanced our efficiency and allowed us to focus on more strategic initiatives.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

This is very user friendly for both Marketing team and backend developers team. I like the User trait featuer and Personalised field option which is very good to personalize the Advertiser counts based on the requirement for each campaign.

Very rarley the dataset takes sometime to refresh, but they also have the refresh option for the user to refresh.

It is used to create campaings to target our customers. We can do customize set of audience for each campaign.

I appreciate their innovative thinking and transparency. They've also been a great team to work with overall. GrowthLoop is also easy to use and implement and has been super easy to integrate into our model.

I can't think of any downsides really. I would only warn others to understand their solution, what's out of the box with them, vs what may be custom and take a bit more time (understandably).

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

Growthloop has by far been the best product in our team's toolkit to helped us scope audience size of email campaigns. I'm a big fan of the interface and how audience totals are viewable in real-time with the addition of each selected field. 

In the past we relied on data across various sources to attempt identify campaign opportunitity size. This has now been streamlined exclusively through the Growthloop tool which has saved significant time and effort and reliance on other teams.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

It can sometimes be a challenge to know which field to include when building a net new audience (often similar options). A deeper integration with our team's data dictionary would be a helpful integration.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growthloop empowers marketers in a way that has historically been unsupported. With this tool, marketers can quickly view the potential reach of their strategic email efforts, allowing them access to the data to confidently move in the most impactful direction.

Honestly, there isn’t not to dislike about GrowthLoop, this tool help us a lot!

GrowthLoop is helping us solve the challenge of efficiently managing and segmenting large audiences across various campaigns. Before using it, building precise audience segments was a time-consuming and often manual process. With GrowthLoop, we can automate much of that work.

I have really appreciated how collaborative the team has been not only on what is currently offered in GrowthLoop but brainstorming on how we can both grow together and leverage some amazing work that GrowthLoop has in development.

We have had some issues as far as being able to rename fields once established in GrowthLoop initially however the team was able to help us troubleshoot this.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

GrowthLoop's Audience Builder tool has been an invaluable asset in enabling non-technical users to create their own targeted email audience list in just a few clicks. The tool's intuitive interface and comprehensive data points make it easy to create highly targeted segments. It eliminates the need for a data specialist or analyst to write highly complex data queries and instead handles this on the back-end so that marketers can quickly do it themselves. The ability to layer various criteria and export detailed audience insights is a powerful tool that can streamline audience segmentation processes, saving time and ultimately contributing to marketing teams' success.
In my experience working with the GrowthLoop team, they are very kind and personable and have a results-oriented mindset that will ensure ease of transition/implementation.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

GrowthLoop provides many features. I utilized Audiences and Syncs the most during my time as an active user. 

GrowthLoop empowers users to compile different data sets and create detailed audiences and export those audiences to different destinations including ESPs, CRMs, social platforms and more. I crafted detailed audiences where I leveraged data including purchases, behaviors, propensities and more. I used GrowthLoop constantly/daily to create audiences for lead gen, emails, in-app notifications, paid social and more. I was one of their top users where I built over 300 audiences and top exporter. Working with my team, we were able to build out audiences for different segments for the organization. It was pretty easy for the team to build any tables we needed to create the audiences we needed just had to let them know what fields were needed. We were able to combine different types of data. We even created a specific table to create records in our CRM when the table would update reducing manual time inputting records into the CRM. 

One of my favorite features of GrowthLoop was the ability to duplicate audiences. This function allowed me to be more efficient as well as consistent when segmenting. Another feature I found valuable was the tags function. You are able to segment based on tags and this helped me organize my audiences. 

My customer success manager, Nolan, was pivotal for our success in set up, optimization and testing. I had the opportunity to have a call with the product team where I went through my day to day tasks within GrowthLoop and some of the features I’d like to see to help me with my daily workflow. The team was extremely attentive and I felt my voice was not only heard but valued. I’m very confident GrowthLoop will take my feedback and execute some of the requests. They are continuously making updates and enhancements to make it easier to connect data with different platforms enabling companies to be more successful by creating more revenue but more importantly providing a better experience for customers and marketers.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

When using Syncs, we would encounter errors when pushing data into our ESP or CRM. When I was an active user, we weren’t able to see the errors directly and Nolan had to share the error codes with me. However, they have said they are working to display errors to customers. One item I think needs to be addressed (maybe out of their hands), when using Iterable they aren’t able to map current fields and new fields are created. However, Iterable doesn’t allow the merging or renaming of new fields so we had to create new fields and Iterable has a limit of fields. It would be great if there was a mapping function between GrowthLoop and Iterable.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the challenges we faced was getting lead gen form submissions into our CRM. We used GrowthLoop to push the form submissions from our data warehouse to GrowthLoop into our CRM. This was done through Syncs. Our sales team prior were manually inputting leads but with syncs we were able to get form submissions into our CRM. This was a game changer for us and super valuable for our team especially when we would receive hundreds/thousands of submissions for specific events.. In addition, I was able to create new records within our CRM automatically by pulling tables that were updated with events. This reduced manual inputting into our CRM.

Very easy to use and replicate for new events. The feautures of the tool really makes it easy for us to input details for new events via replicating an existing one.

Sometimes the company I search does not show up. I have to either refresh or wait for a while for the system to find the company I am looking for. Also the "company list" interface is not the best one. Especially scrolling down feature...

It helps our lives with reporting for our events.

It has an easy-to-use user interface. You can use it to access an extremely large database and extract specific data from it extremely quickly. It is extremely helpful for B2B events to reach the right audience! The goals are easier to achieve with the tool.

So far I have not noticed any negative points! :)

It collects large amounts of data in a database anThere was no database that we could use before. We had to put together the right audience manually. Now we can export an audience within a few minutes using the database.d can selectively output the data.

Customer service - direct pipeline to their account managers who have a good grasp of what product developments are soon to be released.  Strong integrations with both data warehouses (for easy data import) and marketing partners (for sending audience segments for marketing/activation).  Easy implementation process to get set up.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

UI is still in the works, however they have been very diligent about recognizing current things that don't work/are confusing and amending them.   Still a growing company but I really can't complain about much other than their UI being somewhat clunky to use at times.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

I use growthloop daily. I scope audience sizes, explore new opportunities, QA data feeds, reference campaign overlap, use it to supplement gap analysis. The tool is intuitive, with built-in definitions and real-time audience sizes, so any guesswork in targeting has been replaced with quick and easy access.

I'm saving weeks upon weeks of submitting analysis and data requests for exploration and list builds.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

The combination of and/or logic could be more detailed than it currently is. I'd like to build more complex statements.

You also need solid documentation for this tool to work. When building, be sure every field has exact/precise definitions in your tool to save headaches later.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More features are being added that improve my experience (eg, looking at audience list overlap). Keep going in that direction!

The team does a lot of great work to ensure our audience dev tools are updated and easy to use for non technical users. They also collect feedback regularly and iterate to improve the experience for us on the marketing side, which helps us deliver better results for our customers.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

Only dislike would be that our team had a super nuanced ask and were not able to utilize the tools to address it in the past . However, the team made time to incorporate our feedback, and the issue has now been resolved! The team does a great job of actioning against any negative outcomes.

Audience dev, targeting to ensure we are reaching the right customers at the right time, is made far simpler with GrowthLoop.

Audience Builder is an accessible tool that requires no code, with intuitive prompts and filtering. I especially like the preview of the Audience Report on the righthand panel.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

For marketers that are not as tech-savvy / are not as familiar with the underlying data sources, it would be helpful to include more helper text or link to data dictionaries/ resources. And to know how often the data is refreshed. This is a small thing, but regarding the Event Code, it is confusing to know which code to input from EventHub or OMC (and within OMC, event code or session code).

Audience Builder allows me to see my targeted book of business (list of customers) and their respective team assignments and product info.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

Growthloop makes it user friendly and quick process to create audiences that would normally take us hours to create ourselves through writing complex queries. Growthloop makes exporting to different destinations, such as Sailthru, Facebook, Twitter, etc very easy. We no longer need to export a csv file then import it to the tool.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

The downside is trying to teach people how to use GrowthLoop. There is a lot in the tool and a lot of different data points you can segment on. Once you learn how to use the tool people see how powerful it is when using it for marketing.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem GrowthLoop has been able to solve for us is automating our fan journeys that span across multiple platforms, such as SMS, EMAIL, and CRM. Another problem GrowthLoop has solved is the time it takes us to push the audiences we segment out to different platforms. We have went from taking two weeks on a segment to a couple days with just the click of a few buttons.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

We use multiple MAPs and GrowthLoop allows us to democratize audience scoping and opportunity sizing for all marketers, and then export the results quickly and easily to the desired platform. It's been really helpful for reducing concerns about which leads were captured in an audience build, since the campaign requestor now has ownership of that audience. 

From an end user perspective, it has been a breeze to implement in our data environment, and even simpler to integrate the exports with our MAPs. 

The GrowthLoop team themselves have been amazing to work with. They are more like team members than vendors, and I never have to wait long for help and suppport when I have questions or user-error issues

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

I have not always been able to get at the audience I am trying to target, but honestly that may well be more of an internal data (and internal terminology) issue than a GrowthLoop issue.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GrowthLoop is allowing all marketers at my company the ability to build and refine campaign audiences - and speaking as someone who occasionally builds email programs, it is really nice to shift ownership and targeting to the people who are designing campaigns and setting goals.

Not only is the tooling and interface easy to use, the GrowthLoop team has the best customer support out there! 

It's super easy (and enjoyable) to collaborate with the team and ensure our Audience Builder is set up for success with our marketers & agencies. They are always willing to jam with us on ways to improve the builder and it's been so wonderful to work with such an awesome team.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

Far and away the most helpful and impactful thing about using GrowthLoop is the ability to scope audience sizes for future campaigns. This helps marketers to quickly determine 1.) If we are missing data within the tool that we want to segment our audience and 2.) If the targetable audience is big enough to make an impact on our OKRs.
Previously, it was the marketer's responsibility to scope the audience by either finding the appropriate point of contact on the product team that could share the data source or sign-up for office hours with the analytics or other mar-tech adjacent team and ask for support. This could take days if not weeks, adding time to an already lengthy campaign building process. 
With GrowthLoop, marketers don't have to be devs or engs to handle compile complex data sets in order to get answers about our audiences.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

Similar to other reviews, I find the user interface to not always be intuitive especially when it comes to building a new audience. Typically, I'll just create a copy of an existing audinece I keep as a test.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GrowthLoop is helping to solve the issue of too many data sources. When data lives in multiple places and people are using different sources to solve for the same problem, it just creates more problems. GrowthLoop and the supporting team have helped exponentially to reduce that issue by working with us marketers as well as our product teams to identify the most accurate sources for different data points and consolidate them into the tool. So we can spend less time focusing on how the sausage was made and more time on launching or optimizing our campaigns to drive key results.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

Growthloop has provided an ideal medium for modifying data prior to the tramission to a number of endpoints. The flexibility of the underlying code allows for the implementation of highly complex technical requirements, which has made GrowthLoop a unique asset in many uses where other technologies haven't been able to meet our demands. The team that we work with at GrowthLoop has been incredibly supportive as we move through unique implementations, assisting in every stage of the process from conceptualization, to model design, to final setup prior to launches. In addition, the tool's user interface provides an accessible endpoint for low-code users to be able to interface with our stored data which has been very useful.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

I have no major elements that I dislike. As GrowthLoop continues its development, I hope to see elements in the user interface built out to allow for greater insights into the dataflow from within the interfact itself - but this does not currently detract from the experience as it stands now.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GrowthLoop helps us solve problems where the complexity of arranging data is high. Where out of the box solutions lack the tailored ability to meet sophisticated business requirements, and where there are a lot of moving elements across multiple sources of data. Where joining this data together requires orchestration of dispirate datasources, GrowthLoop has proved to be very useful in meeting this challenge due to the botique nature of derived solutions. This allows us to meet the demands of our stakeholders, even when the technical challenges are high - resulting in solutions that are ahead of the curve, and capable of complex tasks that were previously thought of as impractical to implement.

**What do you like best about GrowthLoop?**

FlyWheel has given us an easy interface to make complicated audiences.  We no longer have to write long queries, export an excel file, and import it into our communication tools.  With FlyWheel, you can do this with just a few clicks of a button. 

Flywheel also constantly communicates with us and responds within 24-48 hours whenever we have an issue.

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

The hard part is getting your marketing teams to understand how to use the FlyWheel interface and making them feel confident in the data.  It can be overwhelming for a marketer at first, but the benefits are endless once they figure it out.

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can start automated fan journeys across multiple communication platforms.  We can identify customers that interact with emails and then send them to the sales staff for a call or send them to our SMS platform and even target them with social media ads, all with a few clicks.  We no longer have massive delays when creating audiences, saving our analytics team a ton of time for audience segmentation.

What I like most about the Flywheel product is the ease of using the tool to interact with data in the data warehouse. The tool empowers marketers to select and size audiences for marketing campaigns without the pain of writing SQL queries. As the tool operates directly on top of our Data warehouse the data is also fresh

**What do you dislike about GrowthLoop?**

I don't have anything that I would call a dislike. The user experience part of the tool can be improved. For example, The back button takes to the old audience builder. We can remove the back arrow to avoid confusion

**What problems is GrowthLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Flywheel for selecting and sizing the audience for Marketing use case. We also use the tool for syncing data from Snowflake to Marketo (reverse ETL).  Marketers are now able to self-serve audience selection and audience sizing. Earlier, it took weeks for marketers to work with the Analytics and engineering teams to build an audience. Now , with the availability of Audience Builder, the time it takes to select an audience has decreased by days instead of weeks.
